The CCA Parliamentarian is responsible for ensuring the orderly conduct of meetings and advising the presiding officer on points of order. The Parliamentarian must have a thorough understanding of the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. It is the job of the parliamentarian to monitor Board and Membership meetings and to make sure that proper procedures are followed.
